• For Customer & Partners that purchased directly from Iron Networks, can obtain Premium Support Packages. Iron Networks offers custom-tailored contracts for every need. You can choose between 24 x 7 premium email/phone support, advance hardware replacement services and on-site extended hardware warranty. More Premium Plans.

• Register all Iron Networks products via the online registration page.
• Upon receipt of the registration request, Iron Networks support will create a user ID and password for the customer enabling access to our online support center. Iron Networks handles all registration requests within one business day.
• Iron Networks will provide the customer with a unique contract ID that the customer can use for all subsequent interactions with Iron Networks support
