Billy Bath
President & CEO
Billy Bath has over 20 years of experience in the sales, marketing and product development of IT hardware and software solutions. Billy is responsible for leading Iron's corporate strategy and for developing and managing corporate initiatives. He has served GM of the Internet Server System Division for Berkeley Software Design Inc (BSDi), developer of BSD/OS (now part of Wind river Systems), FreeBSD and eBSD (Embedded BSD) UNIX operating systems. Prior to that Billy was Founder, CEO and VP marketing for Telenet System Solutions; Telenet was founded in 1995, it was the market leader and pioneer in the field of IT network infrastructures and merged with BSDi in 2000. Billy holds dual bachelor’s degree in computer science and mechanical engineering from MS University, and post graduate degree in Business Management
Bob Sidhu
VP Sales Worldwide
As vice president of worldwide Sales, Bob Sidhu leads Iron’s efforts to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and align the company's sales and support organizations with key customer segments. In this role he is responsible for the strategy and direction of Iron's sales operations. Bob oversees Iron’s global sales organization and all customer-facing functions, including global services, customer success and strategic alliances. Bob brings with him a successful 16 year track record in a variety of challenging entrepreneurial positions within the IT & Finance industry. Prior to his roles at Iron Systems, Bob was employed in various roles at BSDI and its predecessor companies, including COO at Telenet Systems. Bob received his MBA from SIBER School of Management, India.
Robert Keith
CTO
Robert has over 20 years of experience designing and developing IT hardware and software products. He has served as CTO and Founder for MaxSP, Intelligence and Sentrik where he invented and developed early Cloud and Web Services technologies. With 35 sole technology patents covering IT Security, Internet Search, Network Management and Data Storage, he brings broad technology experience to Iron Systems. Robert has developed hardware appliance products using the Windows and Linux platforms for the Security, Storage and Cloud technology markets. Formerly, he has been at director level jobs with Fortune 500 companies including Vishay and Northrop Grumman where he was responsible for the IT Architectures and Network designs. Currently Robert is contributing development and industry experience to the Bigdata, Hadoop and OpenStack technology initiatives.
Harpreet Dhillon
VP Engineering
Harpreet Dhillon joined the executive team after 10 years with Iron Systems and he brings over 15 years of experience in computer science and electronics system design field with him to this position. Harpreet has grown and developed into many different roles over his span with Iron Systems where most recently he was the Director of OEM System Engineering. From his previous job at Berkeley Software Design (BSDi), he brings extensive development experience in open source and embedded operating system technologies such as FreeBSD and Linux. He has experience in hardware engineering, system programming, enterprise application design and network security; as VP Engineering he provides leadership to Iron Systems product development, engineering, manufacturing and technical services teams. He is responsible for the company’s road map of data center server design and networking innovations.
Harvey Bath
VP Operations & Finance
Harvey Bath is the COO, VP Operation and Finance. Harvey is responsible for all the company’s worldwide sales and operations, including end-to-end management of supply chain, integration and service and support. Prior to joining Iron, Harvey was Director of customer service and support at Infobjects and was responsible for Technical Support, Field Service, and Professional Service. Previous to his work at Infobjects, Harvey was a senior member of operations team at Telenet Systems, responsible for building and managing all aspects of the global supply chain and services infrastructure, and developing the firm’s outstanding customer service reputation with the enterprise data center customers. Harvey holds a M.S. in Mathematics, M.S. in Information Technology from Griffith University and MBA from University of Phoenix.
